4 Bedroom House in Lindalen, Älta
My home is your home and all equipment is there for you to use. Up to 8 people are welcome. I’m new to Vrbo but not new as host and can assure great reviews. The personal design and lots of cozy spots will make you happy here. Explore the surrounding nature and have a nice sauna when you come back. My cat stays in the house, she is a little shy and does not like other pets. She is sure up for some cuddling when you get to know her. Please let me know if you are ok with feeding her during your stay.
3 floors of living in total of 180 sqm. Lots of space for up to 8 people.
Topfloor has a large livingroom with really big and comfy sofa by the TV. Bedroom 1 has a doublebed and a singlebed. 3 people sleep comfortably here. Attached is a bathroom with bathtub/shower and toilet. Bedroom 3 has a comfortable bed of 120cm wide. Really nice bedroom with mirror and good ways to hang your clothes. Both bedrooms have doors if you need privacy.
Middlefloor is entrancefloor with hallway and bedroom 2. In bedroom 2 there is a large doublebed and space for your clothes. The room has a door for privacy. If you sleep here you are close to the full bathroom on middlefloor.
Large kitchen with lots of equipment, dishwasher, air fryer, sodastreamer etc. Table is flexible to make larger or smaller.
Step out on the terass and garden directly from the kitchen which makes the house even bigger in the summer. There is also a studyroom on this floor.
Step down to the bottomfloor and you find a space for relax, workout and play. It holds the sauna, shower and a laundryroom.
There is also a second livingroom with large TV and boardgames and puzzles at your convenience.
Location
The townhouse is located south of Stockholm. Close arenas are Avici, Annexet, Globen.
The area is neighbouring a large protected area of nature. Woods and several lakes to swim in are closeby.
Busses just outside the house takes you to the city in 20 min.
Parking is free next to the house. Supermarkets are close-by, but homedelivery is easy in this area if you don´t have a car.
