This Tarn ensemble, restored with care and respect for the authenticity of the materials and the location, is the ideal place to accommodate two or three families. The three houses, as well as the detached barn, are equipped with quality materials to preserve your privacy.
Comfort is assured with facilities such as an American fridge, plancha, barbecue, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, as well as everything you need to cook and live in the summer kitchen. For your comfort in mid-season, there is a wood-burning stove and convector heaters, as well as air conditioning in some houses.
Each house has its own name, to make it easier to recognise:
- FOUGÈRE, consists of a bedroom, with partition 1 double bed (140cm), 1 single bed (90cm) - 1 shower cubicle, 1 washbasin, 1 changing table, separate WC.
- PERVENCHE, a large 40m2 bedroom, is furnished with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 pull-out bed, 1 wardrobe, 1 desk, 1 TV, 1 hi-fi system - 1 clawfoot bath, 1 washbasin, 1 WC behind 1 partition.
- The CHATAIGNE bedrooms are on the first floor, accessed via 1 mezzanine. The first bedroom has 1 double bed (160cm) and 1 cot. The second has 2 single beds (90cm), which can joined together, 1 cot, a wardrobe, 1 small desk in each room - bathroom overlooking the pool with walk-in shower, and separate WC.
- CAPUCINE is warm and welcoming, with whitewashed walls. The bedroom next to the bathroom is furnished with 1 x 160 cm bed, 1 wardrobe. Upstairs, there is a 3-seater sofa that can be used as an extra bed (160cm). All these rooms have electric heaters - the shower room is behind the bed, with 1 walk-in shower, 1 washbasin and very warm whitewashed walls, and the WC is separate.
The 2,000 m2 grounds offer a secure area for children, with a swing, trampoline and sandpit. There is also a summer kitchen opposite the swimming pool, fully equipped for cooking and sharing meals.
The property is surrounded by low stone walls and overlooks the 10m by 5m heated swimming pool, equipped with a solar shower and alarm. There is also a petanque area between the garden and the children's playground.
There is also an inflatable hot tub in a quiet corner of the garden where you can enjoy a whirlpool. In the courtyard you'll find a different setting for relaxing, as well as a laundry room with a large washing machine, ironing board, sink and cleaning facilities.
The Tarn offers a multitude of pleasures, including renowned restaurants, colourful markets with entertainment, farming activities, hiking and horse-riding, and kayaking in the Aveyron gorges.
Situated in a peaceful part of Lacapelle-Ségalar, this charming holiday home offers an idyllic setting in a rural area by the water.
