Das 2018 erbaute Haus ist von einem großen Garten umgeben, mit Liegewiese, Terrasse, Grillecke und Freisitz aus Granit, angrenzend an einen kleinen Gebirgsbach. Die Innenarchitektur und Einrichtung des Chalets sind außergewöhnlich und mit liebevollen Details versehen, vom Sichtdachstuhl über eine modern eingerichtete Küche bis zur Altholz-Scheunentür. In mehreren gemütlichen Sitz-Bereichen sowohl im Erdgeschoss als auch im Obergeschoss können Sie Ihre Beine hochlegen und Ihren Geist zur Ruhe kommen lassen. Vom Balkon blicken Sie nach Süden auf das Kaisergebirge und das Unterberghorn, zur weiteren Ausstattung des Hauses gehören Fußbodenheizung und Wlan. Ein Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, zwei im Obergeschoss, alle in unterschiedlichem klarem Design mit verschiedenen Holzarten; zu jedem gehört ein angrenzendes Badezimmer.
