The house is located at the centre of a small square also including owner's business premises and surrounded by other dwellings. Ground floor : entrance, large living room (dining, kitchen areas), separate lounge, shower room, Wc. Upstairs : open lounge (on the mezzanine), hall, 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms for 4 people with double bed + bunk beds in each) (1 bedroom with double bed). Shower room. Wc. On request : cot, extra sleeping arrangements for 4 people (2 single beds (sofa/bench) in lounge on the ground floor, double sofa bed in lounge upstairs). Outdoors : small enclosed garden with garden furniture, barbecue, private parking for several cars.
