Officially 1 bedroom, but the space can be converted into a second bedroom for additional guests.
The apartment is on two levels - The lower level is an open-plan kitchen, dining space, living area and a dedicated work space which leads to the balcony.
This unique apartment is ideal for the single traveller, a couple, families and small adult groups. Examples:
2 Adults: Lots of space.
4 Adults: You can manage, but will not have complete privacy due to open-plan apartment.
2 Adults with 1 - 4 children. You can make this work and everyone will be comfortable.
4 to 6 Adults. It will be a bit tight, but certainly manageable for short stays.
There is space for 4 persons to sleep in this lower level. Behind the kitchen is the bathroom and a large washer and dryer with space to hand clothes and store bags.
The stairs lead to a large open-plan master bedroom which sleeps 2 persons. Both the balcony and master bedroom have exceptional views towards Cartago to the west, and Armenia to the east. Both cities are visible across the mountain view.
The apartment is on the 5th floor with amazing views. You have access to the swimming pool and can freely walk around the gardens of the complex during your stay.
We live in Pereira and are members of the Country Club opposite the apartment. If you need us for anything, just call or message, we want you to have the best stay, with no issues. Let us know if you need any local recommendations.
This is very relaxing apartment complex. It is mainly more mature/professional owner occupiers that enjoy the quiet life. There are some children, but it's definitely not a 'young family' apartment complex. The area of Cerritos is quite exclusive, especially in this upper part, opposite the very exclusive Pereira Country Club.
It's most convenient to have a car, as you are on the main national road leading into Pereira from Cartago. Taxis can easily be requested from the security office at main gate, and you can also stop any of the many buses that travel on this route into Pereira.
Pets are no longer allowed due to previous damage and excessive cleaning. This includes any emotional support animal. Any evidence or reporting of a pet in our apartment, will be in violation of the rules and we will enforce a $500 fine and immediate eviction. We are animal lovers, and have dogs ourselves, but unfortunately we have had irresponsible guests that have reluctantly forced this new rule as of December 2023 onwards.
