The ancient town of Lauco is located on the homonymous plateau that extends from Mount Arvenis to the Tagliamento valley. The apartment is equipped with a sauna. The ski lifts of the Zoncolan 26 km away. Here you can taste dishes of traditional Carnic gastronomy, such as homemade salami and smoked ricotta and alpine cheese. For those who want to spend an active vacation there are numerous hiking trails in the area, which can be explored on foot, by mountain bike, by bicycle or on skis. For lovers of wild and uncontaminated nature and for experienced sportsmen, the path through the Vinadia gorge offers unique emotions. Val di Lauco can also be explored on snowshoes in winter. On site you can also book excursions and Nordic walking courses. In winter, the ski fans among them are only 26 km away from the ski lifts of Monte Zoncolan: here you can enjoy cross-country skiing, skiing on 27 km of slopes and freeriding. In summer and also accessible by car, the 30 km long panoramic road delle Vette is an ideal destination for excursions, it reaches an altitude of 2000 m up to Monte Coglians.
