Former farm with thatched roof in idyllic location.
This unique vacation home is located near Kelstrup Strand and is surrounded by a park-like garden. Here you will stay in a tranquil place in a house renovated with love.
On the first floor you will find the kitchen, two bathrooms and one of the six bedrooms. There are four living rooms in total. In one room there is a pool table, while the hunting room serves as a dining place for all residents. Depending on your needs, you can find the right space, be it for the big company or in a smaller circle.
You can reach the second floor by two staircases, one of which is steep. Upstairs there are two areas with two and three bedrooms respectively. Also, on the 1st floor is another activity room, this one with table soccer.
On the beautiful property there is a courtyard space suitable as parking for all cars. The large garden has a playground for children.
This former farm is well suited for family celebrations and company outings or as a backdrop for a romantic wedding.

Summary: This is an old charming farmhouse, lots of antiques, lots of space for our family. Beautiful big grassed property. Yes…the furniture are a bit worn, but still comfortable, beds and duvets were great. Stove okay, fridge very spacious, washer worked, freezer was okay after we defrosted it. Smaller appliances were in need of replacements, coffee makers were extremely slow. A couple of kitchen drawers needed some TLC. Our biggest issue was the lack of cleanliness of the place on arrival and the lack of a vacuum cleaner to clean the floors.We called NOVASOL the property manager the day we moved in and gave them a list of our concerns . They were very friendly on the phone, told us we would be getting a vacuum cleaner within the next day and our other concerns would be addressed and they would be in touch. We did not hear from them, we called a total of 5 times in the 8 days we stayed and quickly realized that we were getting nothing but lip service and never were called or emailed with any solutions. We had to borrow a vacuum cleaner from a relative in town several times to keep up with the daily cleaning . We paid a lot to rent this property, was charged 425 Euros for final cleaning BEFORE we moved in, so the fact that NOVASOL was no support, was upsetting. We have rented thru VRBO in NZ, AUS, MEX, Panama, Ecuador and Canada and have never been disappointed as we were here with the property management company, not the property. We would be hesitant to rent thru NOVASOL again On a side note….our grandkids had seen pictures of the rental an were very excited about the swing set depicted . To their disappointment the swing set was no longer there.
