Positive: The room was fine — I’d say fair for the price. I wouldn’t call it spotless, but we didn’t come across any major issues either.

Negative: Although some people complain about the location and the neighborhood, I agree that it’s not the most pleasant or ideal experience. However, I think everyone should make themselves aware of this before choosing accommodation. I also believe that the property owner obviously cannot change their neighbors. I agree that the stray dogs are an unpleasant issue, as packs roam around the house, but it seems to me that this is a problem in much of Bulgaria outside of Sofia. I didn’t like that the TV wasn’t working — there wasn’t a single channel. Regarding communication, I think it would be more practical to leave instructions for late check-in via messages on Booking rather than by phone, both because of roaming issues and for clarity in communication.
