Our home provides a peaceful retreat with easy access to nature and urban amenities. Whether guests seek to explore the natural beauty of Killiney Hill Park, enjoy dining experiences, indulge in retail therapy, or venture into Dublin's city centre, our home is an ideal base for relaxation and exploration. Guests will enjoy the stunning sea views, and the property is within walking distance of nearby beaches, parks, and a tennis/bowling club, so guests will have plenty to do!
Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a luxury seating area and a large dining table where you can dine with your loved one. The living and dining areas are adorned with large windows inviting abundant natural light to illuminate the room. This airy and interconnected layout also offers direct access to a beautifully furnished garden terrace, creating a harmonious indoor-outdoor living experience.
The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.
There are four bedrooms. The first bedroom has an XL king-sized bed, the second and third bedrooms have a queen-sized bed, and the fourth has two single beds; all beds have complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please note the bedrooms are not based on the ground floor and there is a toilet on the ground floor.

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
