Positive: Good hotel with nice, clean rooms and amazing service. Since the front desk staff aren’t fluent in English, there is a person (Carol) who arranges things like attraction tickets in advance. The day before I left I was supposed to receive a package, but something went wrong. Both Carol and the front desk staff called the shipping service a few times. The morning I was leaving, there were no new updates, so they called again and one of the front desk staff even took me to the local post office where my package apparently was delivered, so I could still get it before I had to catch the high speed rail. Extremely thankful for this, since I wouldn’t have gotten my package in time if it weren’t for her.
