In the 400-year-old historic house my guests have 90sqm of living space available.
On the ground floor is the spacious living area with fireplace, the dining area in natural stone vaults and the American kitchen.
The house is high quality, comfortably furnished, offers in the summer a pleasant cool. The kitchen is very well stocked, a delight for every hobby chef.
On the 1st floor you will find 2 bedrooms with exposed wooden beams. The large bedroom with double bed (180x200), wardrobe, chest of drawers and reading lamps.
The second. Bedroom with TV, small, German library and high quality double sofa bed (140x200) wardrobe and dressers. As well as the bathroom with natural light, bathtub with integrated shower, built-in wardrobe with sink and toilet.
Bed linen and terry towel are provided.
All windows and doors are fitted with fly screens.
The shady, communal arbor in front of the house under an old tree, is also available to my guests, Here, the breakfast in the morning sun and the aperitif in the evening sun tastes particularly good, the view of the green mountain landscape completes the well-being.
My private garden is located 30 meters from the house and is available to my guests. Sunbeds and umbrellas, garden shed, shower, barbecue, old trees, flowers .....
Here the guest can relax under the trees in the shade, sunbathe, read, cool off, enjoy the evening sun, just relax.
Free car parking is available near the house.
