In the Dordogne countryside, a newly converted dovecote, “Les Treilles de Razac”, invites you to unwind in a region rich in heritage, gastronomy and outdoor activities. Bastides and châteaux, fine restaurants and the wines of Saussignac, Bergerac and Monbazillac
await you. A cosy gîte for 2, 3 or 4 people on 2 floors, fully equipped, with shaded patios for dining or relaxing by the large shared swimming pool from June to September.
A newly-refurbished dovecote (ground floor+1st floor+mezzanine) accommodating up to 4 guests in 2 sleeping areas: bedroom with a 140x200 bed and a 140x200 convertible sofa in the living room.
You have sole access to the dovecote and 2 patios: 1 outdoor eating area and 1 poolside shaded patio.
You can enjoy the shared pool every day till 7:30pm in season, from June to September. You will also have access to the grounds and
garden.
We are located in the small village of Razac de Saussignac, 10 minutes from the shops in Pineuilh and Sainte Foy la Grande, local farmers’ markets,
health services and the SNCF train station and 30 minutes from Bergerac airport.
Less than 1⁄2 hour from the châteaux of Monbazillac, Duras and Bridoire, the historic town of Bergerac and the fortified towns of Sainte Foy la Grande and Issigeac, you can enjoy a wide range of tourist and leisure activities nearby: canoeing on the Dordogne or the Dropt, the Vigiers golf course and spa resort just 2 kms away, hiking trails, fishing opportunities... not forgetting our select local wine and food addresses.
