Modern, well-kept and exclusively furnished house in a preferred beach location in the heart of Wyk, directly in the second row on the spa promenade.
The North Sea is only a few steps away. In the summer months, you can use your own beach chair on the beach free of charge.
The Strandhus is located in the second row directly on the sand wall, in the heart of Wyk. There is an underground car park for parking your car.
Two balconies, a terrace and a small garden invite you to linger and sunbathe. A view of the North Sea is possible from the living room (depending on the season).
Linen is included for stays of 18 nights or more.

The house offers plenty of space to enjoy and relax on two levels. The levels are connected by an open wooden staircase.
There are three exclusively furnished bedrooms on the ground floor. Two of them have comfortable, large double beds (with LED lighting) and fitted wardrobes. The front bedroom has a flat-screen TV with the possibility of WiFi and. a. own streaming services (e.g. Netflix (not included in the rental price)). The third bedroom has 2 comfortable single bunks (90x200 cm), also with LED lighting, and a built-in closet.
Also on the ground floor are 2 modern bathrooms. A bathroom with tub, a bathroom with shower. Both bathrooms are bright and friendly and offer pleasant comfort, e.g. B. Rain shower, hair dryer or additional shaving mirror.
Through the bright hallway on the ground floor you leave the Strandhus towards the beach, to the numerous shops around the corner in the heart of Wyk or you can use the terrace with seating to chat. The beach is only a few meters away and offers you u. a. a free beach chair in the summer months for exclusive use.
The upper floor is architecturally original. You can expect an open and light-flooded modern living area, from which you have a partial view of the North Sea. On the upper floor there are 2 balconies with seating.
The open architecture of the upper level offers an original unit of tasteful living and kitchen areas.
The kitchen is very well equipped, e.g. B. Dishwasher, oven, coffee machine (Nespresso or conventional), microwave or other useful kitchen utensils (e.g. Mixer).
The living area can be divided into 2 sections. Sofas to relax and unwind while reading or just take a nap as well as several armchairs to watch TV or read a good book.
