Completely newly built, one-storey, barrier-free, light-flooded apartment, built with healthy building materials such as brick, lime plaster and wood. Very quiet location in the middle of a small village, away from mass tourism.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with a bathroom. These are furnished with a barrier-free shower in the torrent design, a ceramic wash basin including a flat mirror with LED lighting and a hair dryer. Rimless toilets incl. The soft closing system and the special eye-catcher in both bathrooms are the photo motifs in the shower, which were taken during a hike to the hanging stove (2056 m).
Every room has a flat screen TV. In the front building there is an extra toilet with the same equipment.
A utility room contains everything you need for in-between cleaning or washing clothes.
Also in the front of the house are two shoe dryers, ideal to dry your shoes after a nice day of skiing or a long day of hiking. You can end the day on the comfortable and spacious leather couch, which can also be pulled out, as a cozy TV evening (Satellite TV) or with a good book.
