9. Please note the property has a strict advance payment policy at the time of check-in.
10. Please note that the property follows Green Social non-air-conditioned hours from 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM in the afternoon and 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the evening. During this time the common areas are air-conditioned for guests to relax.
11. International Credit cards will be accepted with 3% additional bank charges
12. Chewing of tobacco or any other such substances is not allowed on the property. The management reserves the right of admission in such cases.
13.Guests residing from the NCR region will not be allowed to stay at Moustache Delhi. NCR Regions consists of the following places: Uttar Pradesh: Baghpat, Bulandshahr, Gautam Budh Nagar, Ghaziabad, Hapur, Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, Shamli. Haryana: Bhiwani, Charkhi Dadri, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Jhajjar, Jind, Karnal, Mahendragarh, Nuh, Palwal, Panipat, Rewari, Rohtak, Sonipat. Rajasthan: Alwar, Bharatpur, NCT Delhi.
