Welcome!Newberg's newest destination is located on the grounds of the oldest wood-frame Farmhouse in the area. This is the original homestead of one of the pioneer founding fathers of Newberg.Fully fenced and secluded behind two sets of gates, the Haven is just four short blocks from the restaurants, shops, pubs, tasting rooms and grocery stores of downtown Newberg.It is a contemporary, open-floor one bedroom, one bath guest home. It is completely fenced and backs up to a wooded area with a creek. It has not one but two gated entrances. Private and quiet, this home has been designed with your comfort in mind. The king-size bed has a 16 inch green memory foam luxury mattress. The 58"and 32" TVs are HDTV streaming. Appliances are new and high-quality. The open floor plan on the first floor has a large sectional sofa, a dedicated workspace, a laundry center and a full kitchen.The owner/designer, Lauri Hines, lives in each home prior to putting it on the market to determine what amenities and features are needed to provide our guests with a wonderful stay.
