A center staircase takes you up to the second level foyer that leeds to an open living room and dining room with adjacent kitchen, den with TV, 3 guest bedrooms and 2 baths. The dining room and master bedroom open on to a large comfortable balcony for relaxation and great views.
In addition, located on the lower level, there is an additional 2000 sq. ft of covered outdoor living & pool where you can have cocktails, cook a meal and dine, or just relax reading a book. The Pool is located adjacent to this area.
The interior is decorated in comfortable Caribbean elegance with all modern conveniences. The house is fully equipped with all new furniture, appliances, linens, beach chairs, towels and just about anything else that you may need. Just bring your clothes, CDs & DVDs and books.
