The house is situated on a private cul de sac so it’s very quiet.
5 minutes off the 101, two exits off I-17, 15 minutes to north Scottsdale, 15 minutes to Cardinals stadium, 30 minutes to old town, 20 minutes to lake pleasant. Easily access all the wonders of Phoenix and the surrounding areas. You can walk to hiking trails right behind the back of the house, there’s a coffee shop a mile walk away past the park with a big playground. There’s a burger place to eat at a mile walk. There’s sidewalks throughout the community to walk or bike, safely. Multiple parks with waterfalls to watch the birds and herons or the resident bald eagle. Coyotes can be heard from the mountains and sometimes seen in the neighborhood but never on the property. A 6’ wall and the lake surrounds the property.

The entry way is two levels with a stunning chandelier and curved staircase opening into a sitting room, with extra seating to enjoy the view of the front pond or chat after dinner as its open to the dining room which looks out on the lake.
The kitchen has a 42” sub zero fridge/ freezer with a 27” win fridge and Beverage drawers. There is a 36” Dacor range with fully vented hood, double Dacor ovens and two warming drawers. There is a huge kitchen island with counter seating for the family and a walk in pantry. The best part of the kitchen is the big picture windows and the open floor plan to the family room with gas fireplace. A great entertaining space.
There is an adjustable king bed downstairs with a full bathroom and walk in shower.
The master hosts vaulted ceilings, lots of light and a California king and a sitting area. A private balcony off the master to watch the sunrise, hot air balloons and boats go by. There are two walk in closets and an open bathroom with jetted tub, dual vanities, walk in shower and water closet.
The upstairs hosts three private rooms with queen beds. There is a shared bathroom with dual vanities and separate private water closet with a shower/tub.
There is a laundry chute from upstairs to downstairs into the laundry room. With a full size washer and dryer.
The garage is two car, with one bay being double deep so 3 cars can fit if needed.
