2 Bedroom Apartment in Niederrathen
Our 65 square meter apartment offers a wonderful view over Rathen, the Elbe valley and the Lilienstein. It includes two bedrooms, a living / dining room (with sofa bed), a kitchen and your bathroom with shower. In 2019, the rooms were renovated and the kitchen was newly furnished.
There are many hiking trails, sights and opportunities to relax nearby.
Enjoy the peace and quiet on the newly built terrace and still have a view of the entire town.

Ascent and entry
As you have probably already taken from the pictures, the castle grove is located a bit higher and accordingly there is an approximately 80m long climb in front of the house and then it goes up a flight of stairs to the house. The route is not recommended for physically impaired people!
Once at the house, access is via an electronic lock, for which you will receive the code in advance by email.
Recommendation: It is best to carry your luggage to our house in a trolley case, trolley or backpack.
Park
Unfortunately it is not possible to drive directly to the holiday home and park there.
The spa town of Rathen is divided into two parts by the Elbe. On the right side is the Niederrathen district (here is the holiday home) and on the left side is Oberrathen. Both districts are connected by a passenger ferry.
There are free parking spaces at the train station in Oberrathen on the other (left) side of the Elbe (approx. 200m to the ferry pier). From there you can easily translate with the passenger ferry. After a few steps you will see the ascent to Burghain on the left. You will receive a parking ticket from us for this parking space.
Directly at the ferry pier in Oberrathen on the other (left) side of the Elbe there is a large parking lot with a fee. This is the shortest way to the house, but costs 5 € per day.
The Niederrathen district is traffic-calmed. You can only park here with a special permit in the municipal car park (approx. 350 m to the holiday home).
