Je loue notre maison Familiale, un Grand Mas provençal au coeur du Parc Naturel des Gorges de l'Ardèche , frontière Drome Provençale, Gard et Vaucluse. Proximité direct Grottes Chauvet et Grottes de St Marcel. Randonnées, Vélos, Canoé , visites villages et chateaux, vignobles , gastronomie, etc..
La maison compte 5 Chambres , Piscine , Cheminée, cour fermée , situation dominante au milieu de la nature , sans vis à vis, avec une vue splendide sur le Gard, la Drome et les vignes. La maison est avant tout un vieux Mas familial du 17ème/19ème Siècle . Le charme d'une maison de famille au grand calme , idéal pour les longs séjours en famille ou en Week-end. Toutes les commodités sont à moins de 3kms, au village(restaurants , pharmacie, boulangerie , boucher, superette) Gorges de l'Ardèche à pied ou en voiture à 10 minutes, Gardes Adhémar 10 min , Orange 30min, Avignon 50 min.
La maison est située hors du village, au milieu de vignes, lavandes, et garrigues.
Il y a un chauffage pour la saison d'hiver, ainsi qu'une belle cheminée. au salon.
Environ 260m2 habitables avec 5 Chambres, 2 SDB et 3 WC. Cour fermée avec préhaut pour déjeuner et une grande cour avec terrasse.
Une belle piscine de 9 X 4 m au première étage de la maison avec une grande terrasse et vue splendide ! Maison équipée du wifi , TV et tout le confort moderne tout en étant restée une maison avec le charme de l'ancien.
La literie est moderne et confortable.
