Positive: The flat was spacious. Having a dishwasher and washing machine was great. The location in central St Marcellin is very handy. Had the items noted below been working, then I would have given it a much higher score.

Negative: There were a number of items not working - the majority of which I noted had been raised in comments by previous guests: The wifi and TV were not working - the neighbour who let us in kindly gave us access to her wifi, but she shouldn't have to. The bedside lights were not working. One of the air conditioning units was not working correctly and dripped continuously. It was also noisy so disrupted sleep. Towels were inadequate. Luckily we had also brought our own. Better cutlery, particularly knives would be helpful. There was a bare lightbulb in the sitting room and wiring was visible for both lights. The entrance does not give a good first impression.

Summary: Not as good as it should have been
