Summary: Very nice property. Very clean, well equiped. Excellent location with just a 1 minute walk to a great brasserie, boulangerie (with breakfast) and a charcuterie. Lots of restaurants 5 minutes walk away (Casabianca-excellent) Beach 100 metres away across the road. Great 'swimmers only' beach (no boats) a little further. Highly recommended.
