This lovely home is a treasure on the edge of Studio City bordering Sherman Oaks in a walkable neighborhood. Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby including the new Shops at Sportsman's Lodge. Close to Universal Studios and many other sightseeing attractions. The front yard has raised beds where summer vegetables are grown as well as a beautiful patio in back with a grill, small pizza oven, 2 hammocks and firepit. The large table out back is a great place to have meals and gather to hang out with friends.
Make the most of the cooks kitchen featuring carrera marble countertops, undermount sink, gas cooktop and oven, wine cooler and Reverse Osmosis water system.
