Outside there is a large deck with comfortable outdoor furniture overlooking the ocean. The 2nd level(downstairs)has a 1BR/1Bath and a Bahama room with 2 adult bunk beds and a mini kitchen and large covered deck overlooking the ocean. There is an 80' dock with 2 X 50 amps power&water.
The property is located in the sweet spot of Staniel Cay, just a few steps from the best beach on the Island, Pirate Beach.
