Positive: Sylvana was an exceptionally friendly host who gave us a warm welcome and took plenty of time to show us around the apartment. She always made sure everything was taken care of in a straightforward and uncomplicated way. I especially appreciated the thoughtful little touches—like the decorations for Swiss National Day and the Disney bed sheets for our kids—that made us feel truly at home. The apartment is right in the heart of La Neuveville and full of charm. While the old town can get lively on weekends, the noise didn’t really bother us. The rooms were spacious and cozy with lots of storage space, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely go back to Maison Merz! :-)

Negative: There was truly nothing to complain about—any minor details would only come up if we were being overly picky.
