LAYOUT HOUSE
Klavervier is a split level house with a fresh interior. On the ground floor is the utility room and living room and the stairwell has a small staircase leading up to two bedrooms and a bathroom and the same goes for the small staircase downstairs. The layout is therefore ideal with, for example, 2 families (each floor has a bathroom and 2 bedrooms, one room with a double bed and a room with 2 single beds).

There is a large terrace with outdoor fireplace, garden furniture, lounge sofa, outdoor shower and nice Jacuzzi. The (spacious) garden with swing is surrounded by hedges and trees and offers both sun and privacy.

ENVIRONMENT
Around Ballum you will find beautiful nature reserves for walking and cycling and from here you can easily explore the entire island. Roosdunen has an outdoor swimming pool and a tennis court (outside). The beach is about 1900 meters away and the village of Ballum about 850 meters
* The jacuzzi can be used weather permitting. For your own safety, you can no longer use the jacuzzi from wind force 5 and it is prohibited to use it during thunderstorms and storms.
Deposit
