Food and other main shopping is less than 15 minutes away, while other attractions such as the restaurants at White Lake, Bethel Woods Performing Arts Center, Monticello Motor Club, and the World Resorts hotel and casino can be reached in 15-20 minutes.
Outside, this cozy home sits on more than 4 acres of private wooded land, and boasts 700sqft of outdoor multi-seasonal deck space with multiple sitting and lounge areas, a grill and complete dining set. And there is a fire-pit situated just off the rear deck to complete the ultimate outdoor experience.

The public boat launch, just down the hill, is the ideal spot to park and kick off your bike ride or freshwater adventure. Or if you are into mountain biking or trail hiking, you cannot do better than the Watershed trail system in Port Jervis, just 30 minutes away.
