The main house has a covered terrace with barbecue, a kitchen on the ground floor and a large dining area on the first floor. Three bedrooms, a bathroom and access to a terrace are located on the second floor.
The second property is a bungalow at the top of the property, with a kitchen-living room and access to the terrace as well as a bedroom and bathroom. The third building, on two floors with external stairs, is located above the pool, which at almost 100 square metres will certainly be the meeting point for everyone. There is also a lounge with a fireplace behind glass walls, which is ideal for relaxing at any time of year, as well as a wellness area with sauna and shower. In the room next door you will find your own cinema with a professional projector and comfortable seats.
