Tucked off the street and accessible by a paved pathway, Nomad is the most private home in Atomic Ridge. Perfect for groups or couples with 4 beds and 2 baths. Hiking, biking, kayaking, and many more outdoor activities are within a 15 minute drive. Don`t forget to check out the historic site of the Battle of Missionary Ridge just a short walk from Atomic Ridge.
Our home has one dedicated parking space and one guest space in the community. Any additional vehicles may park along the street if space is available. Parking is closely monitored by residents so please be courteous and only use your 2 available spots.

Keep food sealed in airtight containers, clean up crumbs and spills immediately, and dispose of trash properly. Avoid leaving food in sleeping areas. Please make sure if you use the upstairs fire pit, that you turn the propane tank off immediately after use. There will be a $75 fee if left on.
-Please keep 1st floor and 2nd floor on the same mode setting (HEAT or COOL). If they are on separate settings, the system could freeze. Feel free to change temperature. 3rd floor is its own setting.
-No events are allowed.
- No pets are allowed.
- If any policy (including events or pets) is violated there will automatically be a $150
charge and be reported to Airbnb for possible termination of reservation.
- Left Behind Items: Guest is responsible for all shipping costs, plus a $50 convenience fee, for any Lost and Found items that Owner is requested to return to Guest. Items found and not claimed within 7 days will be disposed of at the discretion of Owner.
- Please note that this unit can not receive mail and there is no key for the mailbox on site.
