It has been redone by architect Parisien. On the 4th floor (with elevator), it includes a living room - bright living room with Chesterfield velvet sofa, armchairs, a convertible console table (up to 12 people), a bedroom with a double bed and large closets, a kitchen fully equipped (fridge, oven, electric hob, toaster, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, glass table), a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Located rue de Chateaudun, in the heart of the 9th district, this apartment is close to Notre Dame De Lorette, Galleries Lafayettes, Opera, and Montmartre.
