Unique and privileged apartment with swimming pool on the roof of an 11-storey building. Located in one of the most emblematic streets of Alicante in front of the Postiguet beach. With air conditioning and fantastic ceiling fans in bedroom and living room. Practically in front of the building there is a public elevator that goes down to the beach for people with reduced mobility or parents with small children in carts. It has a great and comfortable queen size bed of 1,50m. and two single beds of .80cm x 1.90m in the living room with brand new mattresses and brand new. Bathroom with shower. The windows of the apartment face the back of the mountain, therefore it is very quiet and ideal to rest. It has mosquito nets in the windows to avoid unwanted "visits" of insects or other species that inhabit the part of the mountain of Santa Bárbara Castle. Sheets and towels provided are white cotton.
