Stargaze from your perch on the beautiful new deck outside the master bedroom. The first floor of the house has an expansive layout with open living and dining areas and kitchen with a breakfast bar, Subzero refrigerator and Wolf 6-burner range. A cozy family room, fully equipped with games and TV, leads out to the deck. A guest room (Queen) with ensuite bath completes the first floor. The second floor, includes a loft area (with twin sleeper and queen sleeper) overlooking the living area, a spacious primary (king) bedroom with ensuite bath and private deck as well as two additional bedrooms (one with king, one with twins and trundle) and a full hall bathroom with a new washer/dryer. Congdon's Creek is within walking distance and Wades Beach is just over a mile away.
