Located in a quite and beautiful place from Lima; the neigbordhood is located in a private zone, green, near to cafes, malls, restaurants, golf, universities, supermarkets, banks, cashier machines, gas, laundries, currency exchange houses and whatever you need to feel as at home. My family is short; my son and i We are quite and enjoy to meet people from other cultures. My son is 15 and loves tecnology, he goes to school all mornings, well educated. I work in RE. We both speak a little english and italian. The house has people always, some of them are tenants for months. We live in the house and they in small apartments in the garden, very independent. The rooms and am renting are into the house. it is full furniture, has one bathroom in suite and other one to share with one guest only. the house has hot water, wifi, kitchen, garden, bbq and garage Please, leave everything clean and if you broke something you must to pay for it.
This is a small room for one person located on the second floor with a nice viuw to the garden. This room share the bathroom with only one guest more and you have free access to the kitchen at any time. It is perfect for students or travelers.
