When visiting Berlin I highly recommend staying in
Weißensee / Prenzlauer Berg.
This place is very close to all major places for Berlin. 17 minutes to Alexanderplatz and 25 minutes to the Brandenburg Gate.
It really is the best place to get a real flavor of true Berlin life.
I enjoy sports and teaching German language, learn Russian language and make music on the trumpet.
I will be more than happy to give you some tips to enjoy your trip in Berlin. You can get a bike. In the street in front of the house there are 2 tram lines M12 and M13.

1. Please note that the bedrooms do not have keys.
2. We are not looking for remote workers or guests who intend to spend most of their time inside the house or in the bedroom.
3. I may occasionally enter the room to clean or maintain the bathroom.
1) Here there are one apartment with 2 sleeping places and separate entrance for guests only. The apartment is located under the roof and has a view of the yard. A washing machine belongs to the bathroom.
2) In the family's apartment on the lower floor, there is a very nice, large, bright room with a double bed couch. Directly across from the room is the bathroom.
The space in the attic is 8 m long. It is intended for one or two people. To bath / Tiolette adjoined the room.
