Hola/Hello I hope you are excited for your visit as I am eager to meet you and share my humble home with you as it were your 2nd home! The room I have is fully furnished and foods are shared in the home as well so you will never go hungry. I have 20 fruit trees on the property and lots of pretty flowers. There are Two hammocks to enjoy the back patio while you study or maybe take a nap. My home is on a corner lot next to a church and plenty of grocery stores and restaurants within 5 minutes walking. My home is 20 mins from Dallas and Denton. UNT university is 20 mins away and and many Englis schools are close too. The fees that show on here are a bit high please contact me for the actual price! Not sure why it's showing a higher price..
