Positive: Proximity to the park, staff were really friendly and helpful. Pool complex lovely but very quirky

Negative: We had a problem with our air con so had to be moved and they cannot help it but construction work on bridge takes away some the ambiance

Summary: Fantastic location and really friendly vibe about the place
