Positive: Location was good. The property was clean, ambience was good and soothing. Food was good. Service definitely could have been better.

Negative: Service could have been much better. The balcony wasn't clean. Looks like it's old property, and needs timely maintenance and deep cleaning. We pay high price for the stay and in return service was very irresponsible. The staff wasn't valuing high paying customers at the level they should have been. We observed partiality in welcome traditions. Also, the staff was negligent for requests even after follow ups they weren't bothered to revert back

Summary: Overall okay, location is good but property and service need to be better
