It has a 2 full kitchens, 2 washer/dryer sets (one upstairs and one downstairs), 2 gas fireplaces, and it even has 2 hot water heaters run in series so you will NEVER run out of hot water. Spacious upstairs living area with vaulted ceilings, leather couches & T.V., 2nd living area downstairs with couches & T.V , central air, large deck w/ hot tub (and view!), 2 car garage and beautiful mountain and valley views. All utilities are included with wireless internet and satellite TV w/ Showtime & HBO. This is a very affordable unit for sleeping twelve comfortably. Note that there is no interior connection between the two units, the upstairs and downstairs units are completely separate.
The bedroom layout is as follows: 1st bedroom (upstairs master) has a King, 2nd bedroom (upstairs) has a Queen, 3rd bedroom (upstairs) has a Bunk Bed, 4th bedroom (downstairs) has a King, and 5th bedroom (downstairs) has a King and a Bunk Bed. That makes sleeping for 12 people, plus, there is also a sleeper sofa in the upstairs living room, and a memory foam cot as well.
Additionally, neither of these units are ADA accessible. There are 3 steps to get into the upper unit from the walkway, and a flight of steps down to the lower unit from the walkway.
