The main living room is on the second floor of the house, which offers a large open floor plan with the living room, dining room, as well as the kitchen. This wonderful area opens up to the large screened porch that offers great breezes, and has plenty of seating for large groups. If shade and fans are not what you are looking for, step out onto the sundeck overlooking the large backyard, palm trees, and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean.

We do not have direct access to the beach, but there is a wonderful boardwalk two houses down with easy access to the beach.
Please note that the house has a spiral staircase. You can also access the 2nd floor from the garage or from the 2nd floor deck.
