This well-designed home offers a large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. A functional kitchen with gas cooking, dishwasher and coffee machine. The large breakfast bench with 6 stools will be no doubt the central meeting point for all.
The dining and living space is brought to life at night with the gas log fire, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The split system air conditioner in the second living area and ceiling fans are a bonus during the scorching summer days. When the sun is shining, you can open the sliding doors which take you out onto a large deck, the undercover area hosts a ceiling fan and a large outdoor table and chairs which overlooks the naturally landscaped grasslands.
Two bedrooms offer Queen beds, one with an ensuite comprising of a shower and toilet. The third bedroom has two King single beds and adjoins the second living area. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans for added comfort. The main bathroom includes a bath and shower and there is also an additional powder room with a toilet. There is a large laundry with a washer machine.
