Positive: Staff were amazing, christmas decorations were beautiful and dinner, breakfast were good. Just would like more kid friendly options but otherwise good. Great to have play place on site

Negative: The mattress was so uncomfortable, definitely need an upgrade, as does the pool. I had read reviews beforehand, so I wasn't completely shocked, but yes, they need some upgrades in areas throughout the hotel.
