Apartment I is 120 m² and has three bedrooms, two double beds and two single beds. Kitchen with dishwasher and everything you need in a kitchen. Bathroom with a shower. The large room is 40 m² and is divided into dining and living space.

Our house was built in 1879 by the imperial water and shipping authority.
