Summary: Room was clean but 'king bed' was two twins pushed together - mattresses needed to be flipped as they sloped to the outside. We didn't get clean towels (or clean glasses) for the room service even though we left the used towels on the tub. We had to request clean towels. The breakfast was unimpressive. The staff was all business... not the friendly interaction we were used to at all the other hotels we stayed at in Ireland. Location was good for the castle tour (recommend the guided tour). Best part were the dinners we had at the Stockhouse restaurant across the street. Exceptional food and friendly staff.
