The Village are 52 villas in a tropical garden next to the 18-hole golf course of Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort Curacao. Villa 45 has a large covered terrace, three bedrooms and a kitchen. There is one swimming pool in The Village. Villa 45 is at the edge of The Village, so there is a lot of privacy. Villa 45 has an excellent view over the golf course. Palm trees, turquoise water and tropical temperatures; Blue Bay Beach has it all it is only 5 minutes walk. On the beach you can find comfortable sun beds, showers, changing rooms, toilets and kids playground. The use of these facilities is free of charge upon showing your valid beach card. You will receive the beach card from the landlord.
Golf
The resort features a great 18-hole golf course. To book your “tee time”, please visit the golf club house or call the pro shop via (+5999) 868 1755.
The prices start with 75 dollars for the green fee for 18 holes. When you show your beach card you will get a discount of 20%. The fee includes a golf cart. A golf set can be rented for 45 dollars.
Swimming pool
In the village you will find a swimming pool. From village 45 it is only one-minute walk.
Tennis court
There are two tennis courts at Blue Bay. Use of these courts is free of charge. When you want to use the lights on the court, please contact the front desk of the hotel.
Bars
There are different bars on the resort, two are located at the beach. They are open from 7 till 23 hours. Friday from 17 till 19 hours the bar have a Happy Hour to celebrate the beginning of the weekend with live music.

There is a parking lot near the village.
Electricity
The electricity is not included in the price. At the beginning of your stay, the property manager will make a picture of the electricity meter. At check-out the property manager will again take up the electricity meter. The air conditioning uses the most electricity. We recommend that you turn off the air conditioning when you are not in the villa. Power costs 0.50 NAF per kWh.
The voltage in Curacao is 110 volts. In the villa there are both 110 volt and 220 volt.
Water
Water is scarce on the island and therefore expensive. Water is also not included in the rent. The property manager will als look at the water meter at the beginning and end. The price per m2 is NAFL 14,-
Air conditioning
There are air conditionings in all the bedrooms. To use the air-conditioning, you press the on/off button. Please do not set the air=conditioning lower than 20 Celsius, otherwise the air-conditioning will freeze.
ATM and Supermarket
The nearest ATM can be found at Centrum Supermarket. To get here, please exit the resort and follow the road, when you reach the T-junction go right, right before the traffic lights you will find Centrum Supermarket at your right hand side.
Television
There is a smart TV with Netflix.
Garbage
If you would like to empty your garbage there are green containers next to the parking lot.

A hair dryer, an ironing board and an iron is available in your village.

There is a small save in the village.
Mosquitos
In tropical regions there are mosquitoes, especially during the raining seasons (from October till January). Mosquitoes are mostly active at sunrise and sunset. To avoid mosquito bites, you can use products with the ingredient “DEET”. These products are sold in the Beach Shop and at the supermarkets.
