The space:
Interior: On the first floor, there will be two luscious ocean view bedrooms both with complete en-suite bathrooms at your disposal, along with a full size washer and dryer. Each bedroom comes equipped with a generous flat screen TV and just outside your bedroom, there is a balcony equipped with rocking chairs, perfect for reading a good book and enjoying your morning coffee or glass of wine.

The second floor has an open concept space plan with a state of the art kitchen, prepped with all the essentials, an inviting and spacious living area with an amazing view and access to the incredibly spacious private patio. A half bath and office workspace are conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen.
Exterior: Out on the private patio you will find your own pool, fully equipped propane BBQ grill, along with multiple seating areas to relax; perfect for hosting a dinner gathering, relaxing poolside in the lounge chairs or chilling on the sofas. This is the perfect spot to take in the sunrises to the East and Sunsets to the West.
