Negative: Experience Overview **Expectations:** We believed we were booking an entire property on Booking.com, which advertised "the entire place is yours, 6 bedrooms & 11 beds." We expected an experience similar to an Airbnb, providing a quiet, intimate setting for reconnecting with family away from the noise of Tbilisi. We also purchased additional activities, including a Supra and Wine making (Rtveli and Dinner) for 1440 Gel. **Reality:** 1. The day before our arrival, the hosts informed us that additional guests would be joining the Rtveli and Dinner, which we had not anticipated. When we expressed our preference for privacy, they offered a separate table in the same yard, detracting from the intimate experience we sought. The Supra was disrupted by loud guests who stayed late. 2. Upon arrival, we discovered that the host and others were residing on the first floor, contradicting the claim that the entire place was ours. 3. The host reduced the number of available rooms to accommodate their stay, causing confusion for our group of 13, as we had pre-planned room assignments. Although the host offered to clean and prepare an extra room, it added to our frustration. 4. The listing indicated that breakfast was included, but the host was unclear about whether we needed to pay extra. (We did not have to pay extra) Additionally, the host mentioned that we were the first guests at the property and that they were still learning to operate the business, which we would categorize as a bed and breakfast. **Overall:** The experience was uncomfortable, though the host was courteous and attempted to address our concerns.
