Please follow the House's Standard Rules:
- Cleanliness: Please leave the house in a reasonably tidy condition. The cleaning fee covers standard tasks such as laundry and vacuuming. Excessive mess (e.g mouldy dishes, stained carpets, heavy spills) may result in additional cleaning charges.
- Litter: Dispose of rubbish in the appropriate bins provided. Avoid creating excessive waste.
- Damage: Accidents happen! Please notify us promptly of any damage beyond normal wear and tear. We’ll work with you to find a fair solution for repair or reimbursement of missing items.
- Bins: Our collection day is Thursday. Please place bins out on Wednesday night if your stay covers this day.
