Summary: A hotel that struggles to be boutique and luxury and ends up feeling more like an upmarket airport layover. Not helped by booking 11 of 15 rooms out to a tour party. A take over where the pool lobby and restaurant were set up for them. Operations manager who was new to the job did offer a table for dinner in the reception lobby but not really where we wanted dinner. Waited 45 minutes next morning for coffee and eventually some croissants- then had to leave. Senior management who we were informed were there never appeared or came near us. As one couple who left the day before us said - glad we are leaving. Maybe the hotel can look at &Beyond and Wilderness for an idea on service. Still waiting any contact from the hotel/hotel group.
