400 year old stone house in a small hameau, former wine press of the Bishop of Lodève, in a magnificent landscape, very quiet, an ideal place for your holiday in southern France.
The nearest town, 5 km away with all the infrastructure, in the department of L'Herault-Languedoc.
The A75 motorway allows you to quickly and easily reach the Mediterranean Sea and all the sights in the area.
Here you find, away from the tourist bustle, ideal conditions for your vacation, not far from the Mediterranean Sea. Here you will find peace, here you can relax and recharge your batteries.
The historic house is high-quality, comfortably furnished, offers a special atmosphere, on 150 square meters find 6 adult persons as a self-sufficient space.
In the 1. Floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The large bathroom with natural light, bathtub, sink, built-in furniture and toilet.
The 2. Bathroom with shower and toilet belongs to one of the bedrooms.
Double beds with high quality mattresses, wardrobes, dressers, reading lamps ... The wooden beams give the rooms a special atmosphere.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Television and radio via satellite in one of the bedrooms. The small, German-language library is available to my guests.
On the ground floor the dining area with table for 8 persons,
the open American kitchen and the living area with wood fireplace are located in the natural stone vaults of the former wine press.
In summer, you will always enjoy a soothing coolness here.
Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, oven, microwave and kitchen appliances are sufficient for 6 people and more.
The kitchen is generously equipped with crockery, cutlery, glasses and kitchen accessories, a joy for every hobby chef.
The cozy seat with 3er Coutsch, table and chair in front of the fireplace, is the cozy center on the ground floor.
In front of the house is a shady, communal arbor under an old tree. Here the breakfast in the morning sun and the aperitif in the evening are especially good. The view of the green mountain landscape completes the well-being.
The small private garden, 30m from the house, can be used by my guests. Tables, chairs, lawn, sun loungers and umbrellas, trees, garden shed, shower and refreshment pool.
Free public parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the house.
I would like to give tips on special bathing opportunities by the sea or in the nearby rivers or lakes, good restaurants, mountain or Mediterranean walks, cycling tours, museums, castles, monasteries, castles, unique landscapes, wine tasting, visits to historic villages and cities .....
