Named after the traditional homes of Taino Indian Chiefs, our apartment has one bedroom with a queen-size bed, plus a queen-size sofa-bed in the living room. It has a beautiful, large furnished balcony overlooking the Atlantic, and a well-equipped kitchen with appliances and an additional utility sink. Open concept living/dining space, and a breakfast counter with stools. One bathroom with a tub/shower. There is a brand new washer and dryer in the unit as well. Air-conditioning and ceiling fans in both the bedroom and the living room. Brand new TV in the master bedroom.
Playa Azul II has direct beach access; you will be only steps away from a beautiful sand beach, perfect for swimming and enjoying a day at the beach. The swimming pool and children's pool for the complex are just in front of the building. There are outside showers, picnic tables, a tennis court (under post-hurricane restoration), a tennis/handball practice wall, basketball courts and a playground (under post-hurricane restoration) just outside your door. The lobby offers wifi and a reading/lending library (honor system). Secure (24 hour indoor and outdoor security) and enclosed condominium complex on landscaped grounds, surrounded by a stunning semi-private curving beach. The ferries to the islands of Vieques and Culebra are just a 15 minute drive away.
